EngRel.exe is the executable of Warhammer:_Dark_Omen. It is based on the SOTHR Engine. EngRel means Engine Release (it is common development procedure to compile to "debug" executables during development and "release" executables for the live game. Debug executables contains extra information that make then larger and slower, but make it easier to track down bugs). EngRel.exe contains lots of hardcoded data which makes Dark Omen not very Modding-Friendly.
