Specific WARTBED GUI widgets (by internal resource name):
- WARTBED/Debug/FPS - Multicolumn listbox control for displaying immediate and average FPS and SPF.
- WARTBED/Debug/Camera - Multicolumn listbox control for displaying camera information
- WARTBED/Statusbar - Panel with timed text label at bottom or top of screen. Possibly clickable messages?
- WARTBED/MessageStack - Multiline panel with timed text messages at bottom or top of screen. Possibly clickable messages?
