I tested the Wraiths again, inceasing to 8 points was a very very bad idea. If an user will use a magic item you can kill them in serveral seconds, they suck really agains magic swords. So we should decrease to 6 again. (If a player has no magic items, it's his fault, not the fault of the Wraiths). And I think now an argument like "a regiment of Wraiths can kill a whole army" doesn't work anymore. I can say the same in the other way: "One magic item will kill a whole Wraith-based army". If there are no other reasons, I will remove the increase of the points. --bembelimen 19:28, 4 February 2009 (UTC)

I disagree. Wraiths under 3000/10 is a gamble on imbal. If you fight wraiths and have magic items you will win, if you do not have magic items you will lose the battle. That is not tactics and it is not Dark Omen. There are only five solutions to this, and none is really very good:
  1. Ban wraiths from 3000/10
  2. Require any player that uses them to tell beforehand
  3. Adjust the point cost (which we did)
  4. Edit the army files to remove their magic invulnerability (which we won't)
  5. Force players to always include a magic unit or weapon in case an opponent has wraiths.
Of these I think raising the price is the least bad option since it will make it more of a gamble for anyone who wants to try to exploit the game and the rules. Mikademus 23:49, 4 February 2009 (UTC)
